For our specialists the assessment of real estate according to national and international assessment procedures forms part of their day-to-day business.

The analyses performed by makon are characterised by the interlinking of a cash-flow-oriented assessment with a technical analysis of the real estate asset.

The depth of the technical analysis carried out by makon is freely scalable in line with the project. It ranges from a detailed appraisal of the "maintenance backlog" within the meaning of the German Valuation Ordinance, through forward-looking analyses of maintenance costs within the framework of a technical due diligence study, to detailed reviews and assessments of the condition of all structural and building technology systems.

Due to the extensive network of locations and employees maintained by makon and the EB-Group it is possible for large-scale portfolio assessments in particular to be carried out quickly and efficiently. In the past two years makon has assessed around 1,000,000 square metres of commercial real estate and about 100,000 residential units.
