Application process

First you submit a resume to us. Here the content is more important than the form. If you have questions, you can call us or send us an e-mail if you like.

Your application papers will then be viewed by at least three colleagues.

Should we be able to imagine a common future with you, we will invite you for a first round of interviews.

The first round typically consists of approximately two one-hour interviews with one consultant each. In addition to meeting each other for the first time, the focus is on the processing of classic case studies. This gives us an opportunity to see how you approach problems while at the same giving us an initial insight into the way you work.

Should we – and you – continue to see good chances for a common future after the first interviews, we will invite you to a second round. Again two to three interviews with case studies will be conducted to round out and deepen the impression gained during the first round. If after the second round we are thoroughly convinced that we harmonize well, we will make you an offer. How long this process takes, is highly dependent on the respective situation. We can react very flexibly and quickly.
