Dr.-Ing. Achim Johannis joined makon as member of the board. Before coming to makon he was a real estate consultant at the Arthur Andersen Real Estate GmbH and the Ernst & Young Real Estate GmbH for nine years. After entering the company as a Senior Consultant, he advanced there to a Manager and Director.

In the makon management he focuses on Property Consulting, CREM, Development Concepts and Public Private Partnerships. Also he is responsible for the internal areas of quality assurance, processes and knowledge management.
