06/07: makon exceeds 1-million-sqm-threshold in 2007

Already in the second quarter of 2007 makon exceeds 1 million squaremeters of analyzed floor area in the service sector „Technical/Environmental Due Diligence”. In addition to several single-property and small-size portfolio-transactions makon was assigned for the Technical/Environmental Due Diligence of 8 large portfolio transactions with volumes between 500 und 12,000 units.

In the course of these transactions makon analyzed just under 25,000 residential units at 415 locations, totalling about 1,400,000 m² and 140,000 m² of commercial use.
