09/07: makon analyzes about 2 million sqm in 2007

In the third quarter of 2007 makon exceeds 2 million squaremeters of analyzed floor area in the service sector „Technical/Environmental Due Diligence”. In total the makon team analyzed about 2.115.000 m² at 736 locations.

Increasingly makon performes internationally, e.g. France, Netherlands, Czech Republic and Romania and analyzes user-specific real estate portfolios, e.g. hospitality, health-care and retail.
