As an "Operations Manager", makon considers itself responsible for transporting your strategic economic objectives into the technical world of operational FM service providers, as well as into terms of reference for the commercial administrator.
At the centre stands a controlling concept that serves the purpose of the target-oriented interlinking of the performance packages that are awarded externally and optimisation of the interplay of operational service providers.
The basic concept of operations management is characterised by two further aspects: "continuity" and "bundling". Operations management is not conceived as a short-term consulting service, but as long-term support for the client. Basic quality principles and structures are laid down continuously - from purchasing/development, through operations, to disinvestment. Special situations, such as a change of anchor tenants etc., are efficiently coordinated within the framework of change management.
Last but not least, operations management represents the supporting framework used to bundle the technical-operational flow of information and aggregate it in a targeted manager to form management reports.
