10/09: Real Estate market and demographic change

As project manager and consultant, makon has completed the renovation and reconstruction of the properties belonging to a care home portfolio to barrier-free facilities. For an existing care home facility, makon has developed a concept for reconstruction and the conversion into a facility for assisted living.
