03/10: MIPIM 2010 - makon presents current developments

makon GmbH & Co. KG will again be present at this year’s international real estate fair MIPIM in Cannes with their own exhibition stand. We would like to welcome you there and to inform you about the many and exciting current developments taking place within makon and the Ebert Group.

Also, the progressing approaches to overcome the financial crisis as well as the exciting developments concerning the subject of GreenBuilding are taking center stage for us. In response to these issues we present you the modified requirements for real estate Due Diligence assessments as well as innovative value-enhancing solutions for the Asset Management of real estate.

Furthermore, we are looking forward to introduce to you our comprehensive experience with numerous GreenBuilding certifications and with sustainability management. makon is actively involved in this area particularly the further development of the DGNB certification systems – especially the certification of existing buildings and entire portfolios.
