makon participates in one of Germany’s most comprehensive and complex health-care related Public Private Partnership Project, in which the structural redevelopment and the entire future operation of the clinical centre „Bremen Mitte“ is transferred to a private enterprise.
The project comprises approx. 82,000 m² of newly constructed area, 63,000 square metres of remodelled existing areas as well as 22,000 square metres of transferred assets.
makon advises the public authorities on the creation and implementation of the organisational interface to the private-sector operator. One key task is the sophisticated combination of a submission scheme for the requested operational functions with a corresponding controlling and coaching organisation, in order to guide the PPP effectively over the planned duration of 30 years.
