At an important location in the city of Munich, between the BMW Building and the Olympic Complex “The BMW World” is currently being created on about 25,000 m² of property. The building complex is designed as delivery centre for BMW automobiles with personal customer support as well as a centre for cultural events.
Created by the architects of COOP HIMMELB(L)AU the extraordinary structure with a distinctively curved roof and glass facade, has approx. 28,500 square metres of above ground floor space and 44,500 square metres of underground floor space.
In the development of “The BMW Welt” makon provides advisory services in the planning and building phase in order to create and implement a suitable facility management organisation.
