„Project CHA“-Development

The German federal agency for real estate related tasks is constructing a new administrative centre that will house 4,000 employees on a formerly unused area of 10 hectares in Berlin. The property comprises a gross floor area of approx.  275,000 m² and has an estimated 720 Mil. € cost of construction.

In a public tendering procedure makon has become the facility management advisor in the planning and construction stage in all technical and infrastructural aspects.

The services include, among others, the definition of strategic facility management goals, organisational concepts in terms of property operations, information and data schemes as well as the evaluation and controlling of costs of operations following the German DIN 18960.
