The Infineon Technologies AG has constructed new corporate headquarters housing approx. 7,000 employees in Munich on a 62 hectare former agricultural land. This project named "Campeon" comprises a gross floor area of approx. 350,000 m² at a capital expenditure of about 300 Mil. €.
Accompanying the planning process, makon prepared an organisational concept for facility management services for the corporate headquarters, including organizational schemes and composing of a facility management manual. Furthermore, the services of makon included the generation of functional specifications suited for facility management documentation, CAFM as well as property and infrastructural management.
Another emphasis was placed on the evaluation of life-cycle-costs, compared analysis of “energy-contracting“ models, as well as technical and organisational optimisation concepts.
