From 2000 to 2005 development of the Building- and Real Estate Consultancy Company as managing director of Braschel Consult GmbH.
Managing director at makon since 2005, responsible for consulting
services and acquisitions in the areas of Valuation, Operations
Management, CREM & Project Development.
Lecturer at the Bauhaus University of Weimar, chair in business
economics for „Corporate Real Estate Management & Facility
Management“ at the Akademie der Immobilienwirtschaft (ADI) Stuttgart
(Academy for Real Estate Economics), for real estate project
developement, as well as at the Berufsakademie (BA) Stuttgart
(University of Cooperative Education), also for real estate project
development.
